CUSTOMER EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of with a receipt of purchase as long as the merchandise has not been worn or washed. If the product is defective, Ndulge will cover the cost of shipping. If the product does not fit, or the purchaser is unhappy with the color or style, the purchaser covers the cost of shipping back to Ndulge.
Starter Kits can be returned within 90 days of purchase if the merchandise is unworn, is in it's original packaging and the Ambassador has indicated their intention to withdraw as a business partner. Ndulge will charge a 20% restocking fee. The Ambassador is responsible for shipping charges back to Ndulge.
